I’m Beka. I work privately with women who want to feel strong, steady, and supported in their bodies—without pushing, performing, or rearranging their lives to do it.


For over 14 years, I’ve helped women navigate weight loss, stress, pain, fatigue, injury recovery, and major life transitions. What I’ve learned is that true wellness isn’t about doing more—it’s about having the right kind of support, at the right pace, for the life you’re actually living.


My work blends movement, strength, breath, nutrition, and nervous system care into a calm, personalized rhythm that adapts as your life changes. Some weeks we build strength and confidence. Other weeks we slow down, restore, and rebuild capacity. Both matter.


I’m formally trained in kinesiology, integrative medicine, and Ayurveda, but what clients often tell me they value most is how
seen they feel—how safe it is to be honest about where they are, without judgment or pressure.


I’m a mother of three (2 teens and one grown), a longtime meditator, and someone who deeply values simplicity, nature, and balance. The way I live is reflected in how I coach: present, patient, and rooted in long-term well-being rather than quick fixes.


This work is not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming back into alignment—with your body, your energy, and your life.
