I’m formally trained in kinesiology, integrative medicine, and Ayurveda, but what clients often tell me they value most is how seen they feel—how safe it is to be honest about where they are, without judgment or pressure.
I’m a mother of three (2 teens and one grown), a longtime meditator, and someone who deeply values simplicity, nature, and balance. The way I live is reflected in how I coach: present, patient, and rooted in long-term well-being rather than quick fixes.
